1. Overview & Scope
Ntoma (“Ntoma”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides business management software, digital client portals, and storefront solutions designed specifically for fashion designers, bespoke tailors, boutiques, caterers, and creative artisans across Ghana, Nigeria, and internationally. This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, process, store, and protect your information when you access our web application, public storefronts, and client portals.
2. Information We Collect
Merchant Account Information: When you register for an Ntoma account, we collect your business name, primary trade vertical (e.g., tailoring, boutique, culinary), email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, and encrypted password credentials.
Client Records & Measurements: To provide order fulfillment features, you may record customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, notes, and bespoke physical measurements (bust, waist, inseam, shoulder, etc.). This data is classified as highly confidential customer business records.
